Furnace Cement and Fireplace Mortar / Heat Stop Refractory Cement / Fireplace Dry Mix Patch / Mixed Firebrick Refractory Cement / High Temperature Adhesive / High Temperature Fire Clay
Refractory Cement, light grey, viscous, alkaline, strong binding force, with excellent resistance to wind erosion, is the auxiliary product of thermal insulation materials. It is used as adhesive between refractory materials such as firebrick, aluminum silicate, rock wool, mineral wool board, calcium silicate, etc. Also designed for patching or repairing cracked or chipped firebrick and mortar. Effective in resetting and cementing furnaces, stoves, chimney colars, boilers, and duct work. Not intended for exterior use.
High temperature fire clay can be customized according to your requirements, be careful not to reconcile the water.
Characteristics:
Using temperature 1700℃ below.
With good adhesion.
Normal temperature curing.
Have excellent ability of anti wind erosion.
Specification: 15kg, 30kg, 70kg/barrel
Note:
remove dust or oil on the adhesive surface before construction.
Usage:
Before the construction, fully mix evenly, then brush it to the adhesive surface, slightly press on the joint face(aluminum silicate products, asbestos products, mineral products, fire doors, fire board, etc). After curing, (24hours) the combined surface strength is greater than the thermal insulation material itself. The bonding surface with floating dust should be removed first, the smaller gap the more firmly bonded.
