PTFE-coated Glass Fiber Tape
Introduction:
PTFE-coated glass fiber tape is made by impregnating fiberglass fabric with PTFE suspension.
Characteristics:
1. Use temperature is between -196℃ and 300℃.
2. Low surface tension, not adhesive, has self-cleaning capability.
3. Anticorrosion of strong acid and alkali, aqua regia and other organic solvent.
4. Low friction coefficient, optimum selection for oil free lubrication;
5. Excellent weather resistance in outdoor use, with a service life up to 20 years.
6. Good electric insulation.
Application:
1.Widely used in construction, aviation, electron, textile, food, medicine, clothing, etc.
2.Used as anti-corrosion wrapping, lining and gasket, anti-sticking conveyer belt, high frequency copper laid panels,
construction films, insulating material, microwave drying belt, flexible compensator, low friction material, etc.
