Polycrystalline Mullite Fiber (PMF) 200 series

PMF200 is a kind of fibrofelt using the polycrystalline mullite bulk fiber as raw materials, shaped by vacuum
technique. Its volume weight is 180-200kg/m2. It can be made into plates, sealing gasket, combinatory modules,
etc. The fiber features are certain elasticity, flexibility and tensile strength. The color is pure white.

Applications:

It is suitable to be used in the vertical sticking, hanging and laying of high-temperature kiln or other thermal devices
under 1700°C; used as the gasket of hot-blast stove and steel ladle in the steel works; the fill insulation of glass
melter’s expansion gap, etc. It is especially suitable to the complex structure of high-temperature whole fibe
r kiln’s lining, achieving spectacular results.
